Eligibility for Refunds, Returns & Replacements
You may request a refund, return, or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The item does not match the description on our website.
- You received an incorrect size (for fashion and footwear).
Important: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements once opened or used:
- Perfumes (if seal is broken)
- Wigs, hair extensions, and related hair products (if worn, altered, or used).
- Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear.
Important: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Time Frame for Requests
- Refunds & Returns: Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after these time frames will not be processed.
How to Request a Refund, Return, or Replacement
1. Contact Customer Support
Send the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the item

2. Approval & Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization with instructions.
3. Returning the Item
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.
- Use a trackable delivery service for returns.
4. Inspection & Processing
Once received, your item will be inspected to confirm it meets our return policy requirements.
5. Refunds or Replacements
- Refunds: Issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Replacements: Shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide proof via photos or videos.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned under the terms of this policy.
